time management

Pandora.com can be helpful as much as how it can be really distracting... checking the songs on pandora and liking or disliking the songs will drag will my eyes to the innocent looking facebook tab alongside and make me waste another ten minutes to half an hour... if i start with 8 hours to spare for studying i end up wasting about two to three hours on facebook and stumble...  and my time management sucks to the maximum... =((
